Arrive in Positano!

 

Color coordinated for our first dinner out in Positano.

Welcome champagne... and Mike listens to the Husker football game. We lost to MN.

Nebbia's get the upstairs bedroom...it was a hike up a spiral staircase!

We were in the HEART of it. Nice when we met our boat in the morning, but chaos with tourists!

Right outside our villa was a shoemaker.

Many brides near the church when we arrived.

Dani, our coordinator for the VILLA. She and Jerry had a LOT of communications via What's App.

Wine tasting with Ciasa Vedia of La Perla!

Old fashioned bike at the entrance of our hotel, La Perla. The owner & his daughter share some background on his grandparents that built the hotel. We toured their home behind La Perla and took a tour of the home. This grandfather helped build the first ski lift in 1946. This is the variety of wine I like...Lagrein. It is heavy like a cabernet.  The wine maker's fingerprint.
